2§ Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The supervision of children will always be the responsibility of the adult accompanying them. This also applies to groups.

3§ It is prohibited to wear shorts intended for casual use or sports, as trunks in the water park.

4§ It is prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages outside the terraces and restaurants (e.g. not in the saunas). It is absolutely forbidden to bring own alcoholic beverages into the water park.

5§ It is absolutely prohibited to damage water park property. If the act is willful, the customer will be removed from the water park and s/he is liable for the damage caused.

6§ Pilfering and thefts are always reported to the police. The customer will also be removed from the water park. If the customer has a Club card, it may be confiscated.

7§ If a customer does not observe these rules and regulations or the instructions of the staff, s/he may be removed from the water park.

8§ The staff has the right and obligation to prevent a customer entering the water park if his/her doing so could cause a danger or disruption in the water park.

9§ If a customer is disturbing other people in the water park, s/he will be removed.

10§ It is prohibited to sell any unauthorized goods or articles in the water park.

11§ If a customer is misusing water park tickets or Club cards, s/he will be removed from the water park.
12§ Water park attractions close 15 minutes before the water park is closed (19:45)

13§ Water park Serena is not responsible for things left in the lockers

14§ Water park Serena is not responsible for such accidents or injuries that are caused by the customer not obeying the rules and regulations of the water park.
