1. Arrival After paying for the entrance you get a wristband. Keep the wristband on your wrist during your whole stay in Serena. Should you break your wristband, please contact the information (take the broken wristband with you) 2. Dressing rooms
There are separate dressing rooms for men and women. Put your clothes in the locker and lock the door. The lockers work with a 2 € deposit.
3. Showers
Shower thoroughly without your swimming suit before you enter the pool area. Wet your hair or use a bathing cap.
4. Sauna
Use a pad in the sauna to sit on. You´ll find the pads in the shower room. Swimming suits and trunks are strictly forbidden in the sauna.
5. Pool area
Always disinfect your feet before going to and after coming from the pool area. When using the water slide follow instructions. The starting of the wave machine is announced by a sound, watch out for the waves. Your are using the spa at you own responsibility. Parents always answer for their children. Watch your step in the pool area. Jumping into the pools is strictly forbidden.
6. Other services
There are restrooms in the shower rooms, pool area and reception area. A child care room is in the restaurant.
7. Restaurants
The pool area has a terrace bar. At the restaurant Granina you can eat before or after swimming. There are various other kiosks in the outside area as well.
8. Departure
Close your locker and take the deposit with you.
9. Safety, hygiene and quality
We keep a high level of safety, hygiene and quality at Water park Serena. Be sure to follow carefully the safety instructions. We clean thoroughly and continuously. If you notice any lack of safety or cleanliness let us know immediately, so we can do something to bring it in order.
Other considerable things
It is prohibited to wear shorts intended for ordinary casual use or games, or made out of cotton, in our spa for reasons of hygiene.
We don`t recommend to wear strings in the water park.
Sexual behavior in our spa is prohibited.
